Jake Paul’s diet

ESPN Sports says Paul made significant changes to his diet to maximize his performance and gain muscle mass, especially for fighting Tyson – also known as Iron Mike. Jake has been following a high protein-rich diet – essential for muscle building and repair and maintaining a good under-category weight especially when he has been undertaking intense training sessions.
Among the foods that he has been consuming regularly as part of a protein-heavy diet, include:

Eggs

Eggs are among the best sources of protein as they are rich in all 9 amino acids that help you retain and repair muscle mass and regulate weight management. Eggs are also great for digestion and keeping your cardiovascular health in top order.

Potatoes

Rich in carbohydrates and vitamin C, potatoes provide the much-needed energy to support long training sessions. In earlier times, potatoes were a life-saving food source since vitamin C prevents scurvy. This staple vegetable is also loaded with potassium - an electrolyte that aids in the workings of the heart, muscles, and nervous system.

Red meat and chicken

Red meat is a powerhouse of protein, iron, vitamin B12, zinc, and other important nutrients. It helps in muscle development and recovery, especially when you are engaged in heavy fitness and training schedules.
Chicken is rich in protein, improves heart health, boosts immunity, and helps enhance testosterone levels.

Yogurt

Yogurt is loaded with protein and probiotics, that can help you feel full and reduce cravings. It is also a good source of all nine essential amino acids. It regulates metabolism and improves gut health. Probiotics can also help reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and belly fat.

Fruits

Fruits contain many nutrients that can help reduce the risk of disease and promote overall health while boosting athletic performance.
When it comes to eating, Jake has a super disciplined and balanced approach as he does indulge in fast food from time to time. According to experts, this occasional indulgence can help you maintain balance in your diet, allowing him to enjoy his favorite foods without compromising your fitness goals.
