A 47-year-old software millionaire, Bryan Johnson is on a quest to reverse ageing. He is trying everything he can to make his anti-ageing experiment a success. Recently, he took to X (formerly Twitter) where he shared his four-day meal plan that includes loads of Indian dishes. His "next four days" diet plan includes chickpea veggie frittata, lemon red lentil soup and vegetable stir-fry with cauliflower rice. In the following posts, he also shared recipes for each dish. "What I'm eating for the next four days," the millionaire wrote.
His tweet has garnered the attention of netizens and several users pointed out that his meal is Indian cuisine and soon took over the comments section. "Bro, that's all Indian food, without the colors," commented one user. "So basically...Indian food cooked the right way" commented another.

How Does Adding Indian Veg Food Help Incorporate All Major Nutrients?

Indian vegetarian cuisine is a powerhouse of nutrition. Ingredients like lentils, chickpeas, and beans provide high-quality plant-based protein, essential for muscle repair and overall health. Leafy greens like spinach and fenugreek are rich in iron and calcium, vital for maintaining strong bones and preventing deficiencies. Spices such as turmeric, ginger, and cumin not only enhance flavour but also offer anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits.
Whole grains like brown rice, millet, and wheat chapatis are excellent sources of complex carbohydrates, which provide sustained energy. Healthy fats, often derived from ghee or coconut, play a crucial role in brain function and vitamin absorption. Additionally, seasonal fruits and vegetables in Indian diets are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, supporting immunity and overall well-being.
By including Indian vegetarian staples in his meal plan, Bryan Johnson may be tapping into a holistic dietary approach that balances taste, nutrition, and health benefits—proving that ancient food traditions can complement modern health goals.
The Tech Millionaire recently faced a severe allergic reaction following an experimental anti-ageing procedure. In "Project Baby Face," the procedure involved injecting donor fat into his face to counteract a gaunt appearance caused by significant weight loss.
While Johnson's strict 1,950-calorie diet helped him shed excess fat, it also led to unintended facial ageing. Seeking a youthful look, he underwent the fat injection procedure, but within 30 minutes, his face swelled drastically, leaving him temporarily disfigured and unable to see.
A week later, Johnson reassured his followers on Instagram that the swelling had subsided and his face had returned to normal. Despite the setback, he remains committed to his anti-ageing journey, with his team already planning another attempt at the procedure.
